Our philosophy is to make each item beautifully, with care and to high standards. If we have made an error with your jewelry, please contact us ASAP.  Please note that with hand crafted and hand stamped jewelry, there are some irregularities that you may not experience with mass produced jewelry and laser engraved jewelry.  These are considered  normal characteristics of hand stamped jewelry which makes the piece come alive and adds to its unique beauty.


PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
  • Due to their nature, personalized and custom made jewelry cannot be refunded.
  • If we have made an error with your personalized order, please contact us immediately.

    • NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
  • Non-personalized and non-customized jewelry may be refunded with our prior consent, except earrings due to hygiene.
  • Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your item for return authorization and instructions.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your full name and and order number.
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of item.

    • EARRINGS
  • Due to hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be refunded.

    • PLANTERS
  • All our planters are hand made to order.  Due to the time taken to construct each piece, all planter sales are final.
